It
uses
an
atlas
switch
machine
that
is
hooked
across
the
AF
turnout
connections
and
follows
the
position
selected
by
the
AF
controller
hooked
to
it.
The
Atlas
Switch
motor
uses
an
AC
coil
and
becomes
a
slave
DPDT
switch
reversing
the
track
polarity
to
the
loop
depending
on
how
the
turnout
is
thrown.
